Welcome to St Michaels Sands Hotel. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (https://stmichaelssands.co.za/) and any bookings made through it. By accessing this site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings and reservations
All bookings made through this website are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from St Michaels Sands Hotel. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Bookings made through our reservations system (Nightsbridge) are processed on a separate website with its own privacy policy and terms.
2. Rates and payment
Room rates displayed on this website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
A 100 % deposit is required to secure your booking.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
Cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit
Cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit
Cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit
4. Check-in and check-out
Check in: 15:00pm
Check out: 10:00am
Late check out: R100.00
Early check in: on request subject to availability
5. Guest conduct
Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disrupt other guests or staff. St Michaels Sands Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or request a guest to leave the premises in cases of misconduct, without refund.
6. Liability
St Michaels Sands Hotel shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft of personal property occurring on the premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded under South African law. Guests use hotel facilities (pool, gym, beach access, etc.) at their own risk.
7. Website use
This website and its content (text, images, logos) are the property of St Michaels Sands Hotel and may not be reproduced without permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site accurate but do not guarantee it is free of errors.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
